What You'll Be Doing:
1. Developing, maintaining, and debugging firmware and software for high-quality instruments.
2. Managing software version control, testing, and release processes – and improving them along the way.
3. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to bring innovative ideas to life.
4. Creating documentation that’s as user-friendly as your code.
5. Occasionally stepping into customer support – variety keeps things interesting!
What They're Looking For:
1. A software or electronics degree (or equivalent experience) with a solid track record in software development.
2. Expertise in C/C++ and C#, with experience working at board level and PC applications.
3. Familiarity with embedded communication protocols, motion control, and PID tuning.
4. Confident using GIT and other software tools to streamline projects.
5. A knack for breaking down technical jargon for any audience – clear communication is key.
6. Someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle priorities, and always delivers quality work.
