Role Description
We have 2 roles open, one purely New Business Sales and the second focused on Account Management. This is a full-time role for both New Business Sales and Account Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, leading client meetings and negotiations, and achieving sales targets while actively contributing to business growth.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
* Proven experience in Business development and New Business Development, with an understanding of market trends and client needs.
* Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and problem-solving capabilities.
* Proficiency in Sales techniques, including negotiation, closing, and meeting targets.
* Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Familiarity with workforce management software or HR solutions is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
