Procurement/Sourcing Manager – Clinical
The Opportunity This role sits at the heart of a global, fast‑moving environment, acting as a key link between business needs and effective procurement execution. You’ll operate across several areas:
Sourcing Specialist – Conduct market analysis, build tactical sourcing plans, and lead negotiations for third‑party goods and services supporting clinical trials.
Procurement Practitioner – Execute sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, and optimise spend across the clinical development value chain.
Content & Automation Advocate – Translate sourcing strategies into efficient, automated buying channels to improve adoption, accuracy, and operational performance.
Business Partner – Work closely with internal teams to turn clinical development requirements into actionable sourcing projects and spend management initiatives.
You’ll play a central role in continuous improvement, enhancing the buying experience, and supporting high‑impact projects across the organisation.

Essential Capabilities & Experience
Education
* University degree required (Business preferred)
Experience
* Professional experience in sourcing, contracting, or operational efficiency
* Knowledge of Clinical Development and/or Clinical Technologies (e.g., CROs, Imaging, eCOA)
* Proven negotiation skills for project budgets and contracts
* Familiarity with procurement systems and processes (Contracting, eSourcing, Spot Buying)
* Demonstrated project management capability
* Business‑level English fluency
