Registered Manager – Residential Care Home Wokingham, £47,407.50
This home provides personal and residential care for the people we support located in Wokingham Town Centre. The service provides support to individuals with a wide range of needs including memory difficulties, dementia and fluctuating health needs.
This home provides care for up to 37 older people including short stay accommodation for an additional 3 people. There are specialist units for the people we support living with dementia and require care personalised to them individually.
There are also 8 step-down beds for assess to discharge.
We are looking for a Registered Manager who can –
* Lead the Care Home team to deliver high-quality relationship-centred care and services, for all the people we support, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and aligned to Optalis policies and procedures, vision, and values whilst achieving quality and business targets.
* Contribute to the achievement of the Mission: “to be resilient, efficient and growing social care company capable of delivering high quality innovative services to more individuals delivered by passionate and skilled staff.”
* Support people with a wide range of needs including memory difficulties, dementia, and fluctuating health needs, helping all to maximise their levels of independence with dignity and choice.
The Registered Manager of the service reports directly to the Head of Nursing Services Wokingham to ensure that the service reaches and maintains at least a ‘GOOD’ CQC rating.
The Registered Manager will support the team to deliver good quality care at all times, detailing many responsibilities.
