The Bradford Virtual School for children in care is dedicated to improving educational outcomes for children looked after and those previously looked after. We support schools’ proactive planning, react to the unexpected and remove barriers to progress. ·Experience of multi-agency working and understanding of the needs of vulnerable groups

·An understanding of strategies to support education providers to meet the needs of children in care
