Proactive Personnel is currently working with a business based at East Midlands Airport to recruit a number of paint sprayers to join their team on a temp-perm basis.
You will be responsible for the prepping & spraying of large commercial & private aircraft.
There is a significant amount of prep work required in this role, so candidates must be comfortable with this as the amount of actual time spraying can be minimal.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
2. Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with paints and solvents
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area
Also involved in this role is a large amount of learning & development due to the nature of the vehicles you will be working on so candidates must be comfortable with paperwork & attending classroom learning
To earn the higher end of the salary bracket, you must be able to demonstrate competency in all aspects of the job role.
