About the Opportunity

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils achieve their potential by supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom. You will work alongside experienced teachers and educational professionals, gaining a broad understanding of primary education.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils during lessons to maximise engagement and progress
• Providing focused support to individuals and small groups
• Assisting with the delivery of intervention programmes
• Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom participation
• Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
