About the role: We are seeking a dedicated Apprenticeships Liaison and Employer Support Officer to lead the sign-up and induction process for apprentices. This role ensures high-quality service delivery from initial contact through to the completion of apprenticeships. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the effective sign-up process for apprentices. Ensure all enrolment paperwork complies with college policy and ESFA requirements. Facilitate pre-enrolment/induction sessions and ensure smooth processing. Maintain regular contact with apprentices, employers, and training teams. Liaise with Business Development, delivery teams, and other departments to ensure effective enrolment and support. Handle apprenticeship enquiries and provide necessary follow-up. Promote safeguarding, equality and diversity, and health and safety in line with College policies. Qualifications and Experience: 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths. Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent. Experience in customer service and a busy office environment. Strong IT skills, including Gmail, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of apprenticeships and student data systems.
