Location : Homebased within reasonable travel distance of West, East and North London, Essex and Hertfordshire
Salary Package: £44,756 per annum (increasing to £49,729 in 18 months) + £750 per annum Homeworking Allowance + £4,184 London Weighting (if eligible)

This role is working from home, however you will be required to travel to West, East and North London, Essex and Hertfordshire therefore being a driver and having access to your own car is a must.
Responsibilities of the Fostering Recruitment Manager:
Managing local recruitment in line with the strategy
Supervising and managing the fostering recruitment officer and the assessing social workers
Collaborate with local foster carers to support and organise recruitment eventsRequirements:
Must have in-depth knowledge of National Minimum standards and fostering regulations
Must be a registered qualified social worker
Fostering experience and recruitment and assessment experience is required
