We are looking for an ADI to join the growing YM Driving School and work in Kent area. Currently have lots of opportunities for work especially in the Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable areas.
The role would be perfectly suited for an experienced ADI, but applicants with little experience will be considered. Great opportunity to get instant work for ADI's looking for reliable and consistent work. You may also be needed to work weekends, so availability during weekends would be ideal although not neccessary.
Hours of work: Self-employed
The rate of pay:
* Earnings based on clients provided (potential to earn £1000 + per week)
* Have access to own car suitable for driving lessons will be required.
Responsibilities
* Instruct students on safe driving techniques and road regulations to ensure they become competent drivers.
* Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning pace and needs.
* Conduct practical driving assessments to evaluate students' progress and readiness for driving tests.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance students' driving skills.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
* Stay updated on changes in driving laws and regulations to provide current information.
* Ability to adapt lessons to student's needs.
Qualifications
* Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have held a UK driving licence for at least 3 years
* Have less than 6 points on your licence
* Must be ADI qualified but some PDI's may be considered on special circumstances
* Strong knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to assess and adapt to individual student needs
* Experience in teaching driving techniques and road safety
* Patience and a calm demeanor to support student learning
