Parking Partners is a small but highly respected London based business that works within the property sector. We are searching for a strong candidate who is exemplary in their professionalism, time management, and people skills. Your main duties will include the following: Providing excellent customer service to all car park users and members of the public. Monitoring the car park condition through regular patrols. Compiling end of the day car park revenue reports. Meeting car park health and safety requirements. Making sure all parking equipment is fully functional and operational. Processing different range of parking ticket categories through the parking system. Use of CCTV to deal with complaints and enquiries. Making sure the car park is clean and tidy and free from litter. Operating parking system fully and carrying out routine maintenance tasks. Other, general / ad hoc operational matters. Skills essential to the role: Strongorganisational and team management skills. Fully Computer literate. Accurate and confident Microsoft Word and Excel ability. Efficientlycommunicate both verbally and in written form. Havedecision making skills. Ability to work with little or no direct supervision. Excellent customer service. Can do attitude and team player. The regular shifts will be between 11am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is required to cover early, late, weekend and night shifts. The role is primarily based in Southwest London, but PPL is a 24/7 operation and hours required will need to fit the requirement of the business. We are looking for two candidates who will be contracted either full-time (40 hours) or part-time hours (24 hours) per week. Salary starts from £13.15 per hour with immediate start.
