Job Title: Team Leader – Children’s Residential Home Location: Oswestry, Shropshire Salary: £15 per hr plus £67.50 sleep-in allowance and bonuses Hours: Full-time, 2 on 4 off rota Are you ready to take the next step in your career in residential childcare? We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join a dedicated team at a children’s residential home in Oswestry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established and values-led provider, supporting young people aged 8–17 with emotional, behavioural, and social needs. The home provides a safe, therapeutic environment where children are supported to recover, develop and thrive. About the Role: As Team Leader, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, while also providing hands-on care and guidance to both staff and young people. You’ll lead by example, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and emotional support at all times.
