Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage and maintain the sales ledger
* Chase outstanding debts via, email, and written communication
* Resolve queries in a professional and timely manner
* Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
* Prepare and issue customer statements
* Support month-end processes and reporting
* Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth billing and payment processes
You must have:
* Proven experience in a credit control or similar finance role
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
* Comfortable using finance/accounting systems and Excel
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude
