Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading social housing company in the North London area who are looking for a brand new supervisor to join their team covering all reactive repairs projects in North London.
They are looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to manage a team of operatives covering all reactive repairs maintenance across the North London area.
Duties:
1. Supervision of the reactive repairs contracts ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively
2. Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets
3. Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise
4. Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard
5. Ensure all client's expectations are achieved
6. Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedure
7. Overseeing health and safety procedures are being adhered to on sites
8. Be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe
9. To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required
10. Attend inspections where necessary
Key Knowledge:
11. Previous Social Housing Supervisor experience required
12. Experience working on reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects
13. IT Literate
