Our client, a well-established Top 20 firm of Chartered Accountants, is looking for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join their successful Maidstone office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to work with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and trusts in a leading national firm.What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing a portfolio of complex private clients including HNWIs, non-doms, and trusts
* Reviewing compliance work and providing high-level personal tax advisory services
* Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, residency, and estate planning
* Leading and mentoring junior staff within the tax team
* Working closely with Partners on business development and client strategy
* Keeping up to date with tax legislation and HMRC developments
About You:
* CTA qualified (or ACA/ACCA with strong personal tax experience)
* Proven experience in a similar role within a UK accountancy practice
* Strong technical knowledge in private client tax matters
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and team development
