The impact you will have in this role:
The Risk Associate will work closely in partnership with Embedded Risk Managers (ERM) across the various product lines as well as DTCC's support and control areas, in the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of risks in both business as usual processes and in new initiatives. Principal responsibilities focus on leading efforts related to Business Risk Profiles, Incident Management and risk-related reporting across the businesses.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
6. Provide first line risk support to the Embedded Risk Managers and the Solutions businesses
7. Partner with Second Line control groups for Solutions-level or Corporate-level topics
8. Oversight and monitoring of issues and action plans, including reduced likelihood of repeat issues, effective challenge on management’s remediation of issues, drives sustainability reviews
9. Work with ERM teams, Business Management and others within Solutions to define risk program reporting needs and cadence, as well as consolidate where necessary
10. Identify metrics and dashboards needed for monitoring, and develop processes for metric collection, monitoring and trend analysis

Qualifications:
11. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed For Success:
12. Minimum of 4 years of related experience
13. Risk Management and Audit experience preferred
14. Experience working in a global team and working with colleagues in remote locations.
15. Experience working in a regulated environment.
