The Quality & Training Analyst will provide administration support for Training and Quality delivery across Prestige Nursing & Care. Supporting the Head of Quality to ensure both companies owned branches and Franchises achieve the required quality and training standards.
As a Quality & Training Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
· Organise and co-ordinate training activity for all colleagues across all functions of the business, including logistics and appropriate training methods (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job, etc)
· Support the Head of Quality in collating training needs for all colleagues and put together annual training plans in line with budget that incorporates colleagues training needs against business priorities
· Supporting the Head of Quality and Learning & Development Team to research suppliers to identify the most appropriate training solutions to match need
· Maintain records of mandatory training and actively ensure colleagues complete relevant compliance training as required and provide input for reporting purposes to the Head of Quality on training activity across the organisation
· Supporting the Head of Quality with mapping training plans, schedules, designing and developing training programmes for colleagues and Branches, including franchises.
· Supporting with Inductions for new starters and maintaining induction materials to ensure they are up to date and relevant
· Supporting with maintaining the Learning and Development content on the SharePoint, to include relevant policies and guidelines as appropriate and articles relating to learning and development
· Be the first point of contact for any training and quality related queries from branches and franchises
· Coordinate and support ‘champions’ across the business to promote personal development and raising the profile for certain sectors of care
· Maintain accurate records of all training and activities taking place including the Skills for Care Workforce Development Fund.
· Ensuring IRIS records are up to date and maintained
· Leading the apprenticeship scheme and utilising the levy fund to support various functions within the business
· Support the Head of Quality to source appropriate training solutions to match needs of the business as and when required
· Research external training providers, and utilising workforce development funds and other free training available to the business
· Support the Quality team with the planning, executing and updating the audit schedule, including sending pre-audit questionnaires to all branches.
· Collating the quality self-assessment data quarterly, analysing and reporting to the Head of Quality
· Supporting with policy updates and reviews to ensure they are managed in a timely manner
· Supporting with personalising policies and procedures for CQC applications
· Ensuring the latest versions of polices and supporting documents are available on the intranet
· Supporting to develop new polices as required
· Supporting with the preparation on monthly and quarterly KPI report for Quality & Training.
· Monitor PIR completion and submission dates
· Arrange support for PIR submission with Quality Managers for branches where required.
· Support with action plans to ensure actions are completed by owners in a timely manner.
· Supporting Quality Managers with feedback calls during the audit process

Desirable
§ Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
§ Experience of franchised based business
§ Desirable Level 3 or 5 qualification in Learning & Development
