Job Summary
NH3 Engineering Ltd is a leading innovator in ACF, committed to excellence and sustainability. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of refrigeration systems across various industrial projects.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the refrigeration industry.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in refrigeration system design, diagnostics, and maintenance; familiarity with industry software and tools.
* Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Additional Skills: Knowledge of international safety and environmental standards, experience with system automation, and a strong understanding of energy efficiency practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Academic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Responsibilities:
* Repair and maintain refrigeration systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
* Travel internationally to oversee and support new projects.
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
* Collaborate with team members to build and implement best practices for maintenance procedures.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment.
Skills:
* Proficient in the repair and maintenance of refrigeration systems.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with experience guiding teams or projects.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
