We’re working with a successful freight forwarder in St Albans who is looking to add an Inside Sales / Pricing Executive to their growing team. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, manage quotations, and support the commercial growth of the business.

The Role
* Preparing and submitting accurate quotations and tender bids.
* Supporting key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
* Liaising with both clients and suppliers to negotiate rates and service agreements.
* Producing KPI reports and monitoring commercial performance.
* Attending occasional client and supplier meetings.
* Providing administrative and pricing support to the sales team.
About You
* Previous experience in freight forwarding, exports, or export sales (preferred but not essential).
* Background in sales, customer service, or operations within logistics or transport.
* Strong commercial awareness with proven success in handling quotes and tenders.
* Confident communicator with the ability to develop client relationships.
* Good numeracy, IT, and administrative skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
