We're now looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

* Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
* Streamline Processes: Implementinnovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse
* Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and complianceregulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
* MonitorPerformance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
* FosterCollaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Have proven experence as a Warehouse Shift Manager within a busy logistics environment / 2-3 Years.
* Have proven experience in developing and training a team of manages.
* Have performance mindset & operational excellence to drive a culture focused on quality, accuracy, cost control, and performance and efficiency-not just volume.
* Have experence cultural change and continuous improvement.
* Mustunderstand and manage cost-to-serve, productivity, and performance.
* Have experence in change management and continuous improvement.
* Will work with HRBP, Health & Safety, resource planners and other managers.
* Will beresponsible for five First Line Managers.
* Happy to work on arotational shift 4 on 4 off.
