About the Role
Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is hiring a Care Assistant to support a service user with a C2 spinal cord injury, tracheostomy, and ventilator dependency in their own home. The individual has full capacity and requires assistance with daily activities.

Responsibilities
* Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
* Assisting with mobility and manual handling.
* Supporting with meal preparation and feeding, where necessary.
* Monitoring and recording vital signs (after training).
* Offering companionship and emotional support.
* Prompting or assisting with medication (where required and trained).
* Helping with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
* Following care plans and reporting changes or concerns to the care team.
* Maintaining dignity, respect, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of care experience (Essential).
* Driver required (Mobility van).
* Willing to assist with physical tasks (e.g., gardening, long walks).
Qualifications
* A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
* Complex Care experience preferred, but not mandatory.
