Quick Staff UK is currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly and expanding service team based in Caerphilly. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a busy office environment and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: * Managing engineer rotas, holidays, and daily job allocation * Answering and directing calls to customers and suppliers in a professional manner * Updating records, processing paperwork, and maintaining filing systems using in-house software * Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence and engineer paperwork * Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements * Monitoring and ordering office supplies * Maintaining accurate records of vehicles and other company assets Key Requirements: * Previous administration and customer service experience (essential) * Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite and general IT systems (training provided) * Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * High attention to detail and accuracy * Team player with initiative and the ability to work to deadlines * Ability to handle confidential information professionally Hours of Work: Tuesday to Friday, 9.00am – 4.30pm (alternative working patterns may be considered).
