The Monitoring Surveyor's role Working closely alongside a director, the successful Monitoring Surveyor will carry out work across an array of different projects including residential, hotels, commercial, industrial, and care homes/healthcare. Day to day, the successful Monitoring Surveyor will be involved in attending site and reporting on progress, analysing management accounts and cash-flow projects, anticipating final costs and more.
