We're currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality & Vm Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for leading hospitality operation at prestigious independent school, working with GM on key events.
Working with exec chef to ensure costings are accurate and offer is suitable
Working with admin to produce accurate weekly/monthly event sheets for both production and end of month billing.
Planning ahead to manage rota/overtime requirements, equipment needed, communicating with casual labour team to get coverage needed.
Ensuring all repeat bookings are maintained (e.g. morning coffee to headmaster)
Performing hospitality stocktakes and maintaining hospitality stores and prep areas
Ensuring all food safety processes are in place and being followed (transport records, packed lunch hand overs etc)
Our ideal Hospitality & Vm Supervisor will:
Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
Have experience managing teams in a similar role
Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
