Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily inbound warehouse operations, including goods receiving, quality checks, and put-away processes.
2. Coordinate staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet volume demands.
3. Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse operatives to ensure consistent performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
4.Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
5.Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and delays.
Job Requirements:
1.Collaborate cross-functionally with Outbound, Inventory Control, and Logistics teams. 2.Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews to align team goals.
3.Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational SOPs.
4.Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements to drive productivity and accuracy.
5.Experience：2–3 years in warehouse operations, preferably with a focus on inbound or production operations.
6.Proficiency with WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in lean warehousing principles and inbound logistics flows.
