Job Description
You will manage payments and fraud screening in the Card Not Present environment. This includes handling payment disputes, chargebacks, and investigating fraud. You will analyze patterns and inaccuracies in a multi-million-pound volume of transactions, playing a key role in our business.
* Investigate potential card fraud cases, reviewing documentation daily and collecting evidence from internal and external sources.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
* Identify patterns and trends in payment activity and communicate findings to the wider team.
* Work collaboratively to implement best practices across the Group.
* Process Card Payment and PayPal chargebacks.
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail during investigations.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years’ experience in a contact centre environment, with exposure to fraud cases and procedures.
* Focused, fearless, and proactive in approach.
* Ability to spot trends and communicate effectively.
* Capable of working independently and as part of a team, especially under pressure.
* Strong workload management skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities.
* Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
This role operates on a rota-based shift pattern from 6am to 9pm.
