Salary: From £7.55 Hourly to £12.21 Hourly

Responsibilities
* To be responsible for the cleanliness throughout the hotel and guest bedrooms, corridors and public areas including back of house areas
* Enter and prepare the room for cleaning i.e. stripping beds, emptying bins, collecting dirty bathroom towels
* Ensure that cleaning is to the company standards
* Replenish guest amenities as and when required
* Respond to any guest requests
* Report any maintenance issues within the rooms
* Replenish work trolleys and clean linen on a daily basis
* Ensure cleaning is consistent in every room
* Working quickly and efficiently so guests’ rooms are ready on time for arrival
* Maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene including wearing and maintaining a clean uniform at all times
* Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook including any department specific procedures such as left luggage policy
* Be aware of and follow all Health and Safety procedures
