Working Hours: Double Days shift pattern. Week one : – :, Week : – : (with a green, yellow, red period payback. Red Period – hours Monday to Friday, Yellow Period – hours Monday – Thursday and hours on Friday, Green Period – hours Monday – Thursday with Friday payback – off work.)

What will this role achieve?
We are looking for a Manufacturing Team Member to join Assortments on double days. Your main role is to ensure the production line has all biscuits and packaging to run smoothly.
Must have a can do attitude and committed to maintaining high standards in a dynamic team.
What will be your key deliverables?
12. Ensuring all biscuit stock is on the production lines for line start up.
13. Fill up and set up production lines when changeover is required.
14. Ensure correct packaging is on the production line ready for line start up.
15. Ensure all Autostore scanning is completed on time.
16. Fill all documentation in to the right standard
17. Help out in Co-pack when required.
18. Report any potential waste issues that could affect production or efficiency to the zonal Team Managers.
19. Understanding of product specifications
20. Follow all re-work procedures
21. Always maintain everyday factory standards
22. Shift handovers completed in areas to agreed agenda
23. Train peers and new operatives in equipment use and procedures when required.
24. Report any problems to the Team Manager/ ATM
