Role Title: Coordinator Role Purpose To provide proactive and efficient project support to client teams, internal groups, and staff members. This role contributes to the successful delivery of projects and initiatives by ensuring high standards of service and continuous development of business support skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities Business Support Delivery Take ownership of delivering business support services to a designated area of the business, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Support the team with administrative coordination, data analysis, and document control across a range of exciting projects. Prepare and maintain up-to-date compliance documentation for clients. Financial Administration Assist with financial processes including purchase orders, invoicing, and contract management for specific frameworks. Support monthly financial reporting and contribute to effective budget tracking and management. Operational & Office Management Manage day-to-day logistics including diary management, meeting coordination, and smooth delivery of team activities. Assist with general office and facilities management to ensure a well-functioning work environment. Communication & Collaboration Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues across the business. Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills in all interactions. Systems & Process Efficiency Use internal systems and processes (e.g., document management tools) to deliver support services efficiently. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational workflows. Team & Culture Engagement Provide ad hoc support to company groups, initiatives, and events with a positive, can-do attitude. Participate in internal events, socials, and cross-functional initiatives to support company culture. Compliance & Standards Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual, and organisational policies.
