Are you an experienced High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated and flexible HLTA to work across well-regarded SEN schools in the Christchurch area, with a October 2025 start. There is also the option to begin earlier on a part-time or full-time basis.
About the Role
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4pm.
* Work with learners aged 3 to 19, across both primary and secondary phases.
* Support teaching and learning by delivering planned lessons and interventions.
* Provide classroom leadership when required, stepping in for the class teacher.
* Work collaboratively with staff teams to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
