Job Title: Front of House Manager
Barons Pubs, winners at the 2024 Publican Awards for Best Pub Employer, are seeking an experienced and inspirational Front of House Manager to lead our team and create a positive environment for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the General Manager in planning, organizing, and managing pub activities to ensure operational excellence.
2. Maximize commercial opportunities and assist in controlling the business to ensure profitability.
3. Develop staff to deliver outstanding hospitality and high customer service standards.
4. Lead by example, embodying the company's values and ensuring legal compliance.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Front of House Manager in a fast-paced hospitality environment (food-led pub, restaurant, or hotel).
* Hold a clean driving license.
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £37,000 per annum (basic salary + tronc service charge). Benefits include:
