Team Assistant – Investment Banking (London)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Assistant to join a leading Investment Bank based in the City of London. You will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Trading Team, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient coordination across the desk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary & Travel Management: Coordinate complex diaries, arrange international travel, schedule meetings and conference calls, and prepare itineraries and agendas.
* Client Coordination: Organise and log client meetings through bespoke CRM/roadshow systems; assist with sales briefings and client events.
* Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, relay client messages accurately, process expenses, and maintain team calendars and absence records.
* Documentation: Print, bind, and prepare presentations or marketing materials as required.
* Meeting Management: Manage room bookings, set up meeting spaces, and coordinate catering or technical requirements.
* Team Collaboration: Provide absence or holiday cover for fellow Team Assistants and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
About You:
* Previous experience in an administrative or team assistant role, ideally within financial services.
* Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Proactive and adaptable — able to anticipate needs and deliver solutions efficiently.
* Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, particularly managing busy shared calendars.
* A genuine team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
