Lead the delivery and administration of Unit training. Deliver and oversee training in classroom and in the field. Validate and assure training delivery. Schedule and resource all Unit training. Support sub-unit training activities. Provide any required assurance on Unit/ Sub-Unit collective training. Provide G3 / 5 / 7 role when deployed.
