Are you interested in developing global strategic customer relationships and driving business growth? As our new Global Account Director, you’ll have the chance to lead on SHL’s largest and most complex global customer relationships. You will direct strategy across global account teams to ensure aligned implementation and exceptional customer outcomes, driving global revenue growth, customer satisfaction and solution adoption across multinational organisations. You will also own and oversee strategic global customer relationships in your home region, ensuring value delivery and alignment at both regional and global level.

What you’ll be doing
1. Drive the development and implementation of global account strategies, revenue growth, renewals, and solution adoption, serving as the strategic orchestrator across SHL’s internal teams
2. Build and maintain executive-level relationships across customer business units and geographies, acting as a trusted advisor and navigating SHL’s full product and service portfolio to match institutional needs
3. Create and maintain global account plans and own and oversee global customer relationships within the home region, driving consistent value delivery and alignment with global priorities
4. Lead QBRs and annual strategic reviews, monitor usage trends, customer feedback, and market developments to proactively address customer challenges
5. Partner with the BDM to identify and develop upsell and expansion opportunities within global accounts.
6. Coordinate presales resources and support teams to develop compelling proposals and solutions.
7. Report consistently on account health, opportunities, risks, and performance in Salesforce.
What we’re looking for from you
8. Track record of driving strategic growth within large enterprise/global accounts
9. Relevant industry experience (Saas or HR Tech) in complex solution selling role
10. Proven track record of C-suite relationship building and influencing
11. Consultative selling approach with deep understanding of HR/talent lifecycle solutions
12. Experience working in or with matrixed, cross-functional teams.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication; executive presentations and negotiations.
