We are looking for a commercially minded, customer-obsessed Head of Strategic Finance to lead core FP&A and strategic analysis efforts across our global B2C marketplace business. This role sits at the intersection of growth and profitability - designed for a sharp, data-driven operator who thrives in fast-paced, product-led environments.
You will partner closely with Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to shape financial planning, unlock operational leverage, and support business decisions with deep commercial insight. This role is critical in ensuring that ambitious growth is underpinned by sustainable, unit-economic thinking and a relentless focus on the end customer.
Strategic Financial Planning & Forecasting
Translate strategic priorities into financial outcomes, with a strong focus on profitable growth.
Partner with business unit leaders to define revenue, margin, and ROI expectations across key initiatives.
Business Analysis & Commercial Insight
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, unit economics, and market opportunities at scale.
Analyze performance across P&Ls, cohorts, geographies, and customer segments.
Monitor key KPIs and provide real-time insight into risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
Marketplace Economics & Investment Decisioning
Develop investment cases for new growth initiatives and product launches, with clear paths to profitability.
Financial Reporting & Stakeholder Support
Act as a trusted finance advisor to cross-functional partners, proactively flagging areas for course correction.
Support investor relations with data and narrative around financial performance and strategic outlook.
7–10+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance with strong background in a B2C marketplace and/or consumer tech business; Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes through financial insight and cross-functional influence
~ Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel required; SQL a plus)
