We are looking for Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader for a social housing provider in Berwick, at a salary of £45055 per annum. Niyaa people have partnered with a Large North East based social landlord that are looking for a Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader on a permanent basis. Working out of their Berwick office they are looking for someone to lead a team responsible for delivering projects throughout the North East region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of trades operatives
Manage the delivery of repairs projects
Manage the performance of the Repairs and Maintenance team
Ensure that deadlines for repairs are adhered to
Experience Required
Knowledge of residential construction
Social housing experience
Knowledge of building trades
management experience
