As a Service Coordinator, youll work as part of a wider service team, responsible for contributing to a smooth operation of the aftermarket department.
This is a full time, permanent role. Working hours Monday to Friday 08:30 17:00
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. To provide administrative support functions to the Senior Service coordinator, facilitating smooth operation of the aftermarket department
2. Provide administrative support to the contract manager
3. Book scheduled service work with the customer and ensure correct usage of resources
4. Sales order processing
5. Receive and process orders, liaise with customers regarding any changes
6. Liaise with customers to keep them informed of status of jobs, to solicit and resolve inquiries and complaints at the earliest opportunity
7. Monitor the progress of jobs, order spare parts, liaise with sub-contracts, alter schedules and process jobs in accordance with the customer requirements and to our company standards
8. Allocation of engineers, liaising with other coordinators
9. Management and application of the service database
10. Management and recording of hire fleet
Skills & Experience
11. 2+ Years experience in a previous Admin support role
12. Flexibility in role
13. Exceptional attention to detail
14. Excellent time management skills; ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple projects
15. Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft family of software particularly Word, Publisher and PowerPoint
16. Time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workload
17. Analytical aptitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, self-starter, detail oriented, and a professional attitude and appearance
