This is a key commercial position within the Invicta division, responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic account management, technical sales expertise, and effective customer relationship building. This role involves frequent UK travel and occasional overseas visits, with scope for progression within a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage and grow key customer accounts through site visits and regular communication
Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market share
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer pipelines
Represent the brand at trade exhibitions and industry events
Support marketing activities across web, social media, and digital platforms
Produce accurate customer visit reports and follow-ups
Generate and process quotations and orders in line with customer requirements
Provide product knowledge and technical input, particularly with regard to ATEX requirements
What We're Looking For -
45 years' experience in technical sales or account management
A background in engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical
Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and digital channels
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Proficient with CRM and MRP systems, and Microsoft Office tools
Organised, punctual and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Confident working independently and collaboratively as part of a small team
Full UK driving licence
Foreign language skills and ATEX knowledge are desirable but not essential
