The Role Working closely with class teachers and the wider SEND team, you will provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential. You will play a vital role in supporting students' academic progress, social development, and emotional wellbeing in a specialist setting.
