Country Sports Ireland is a leading, not-for-profit country sports membership organisation. As Operations Coordinator, you will oversee efficient daily business operations and provide a professional central point contact for members and others contacting our office.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating front desk phone lines and facilitating member and training course learner onboarding.
* Maintaining accurate database records and ensuring the timely issuing of accurate communications.
* Managing efficient office operations.
Preferred Skills / Experience / Attitude
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and familiar with general office systems.
* Experience in a dynamic office environment and working well as part of a team.
* Professionalism, enthusiasm, adaptability and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs (A*–C grade), including English and Maths or equivalent.
Place of work: 56 Lisnagrot Road, Kilrea, BT51 5SF.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary: £23,500 to £27,500 per year.
Closing date: 5pm on Friday 1st May 2026.
