Reporting to the Head of People, as a People Assistant, you will play an integral part in fostering a positive workplace culture and providing essential support to all employees. This dynamic role involves various HR tasks, encompassing recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in an HR or administrative capacity is advantageous.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with the capability to adjust to evolving requirements.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency in utilising HR systems, spreadsheets, and document templates.
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for people and culture.
Familiarity with fundamental employment legislation.
Actively studying towards or already CIPD Level 5 qualified.The role offers a real opportunity for you to develop your HR career and be part of a team championing workplace culture.
Due to the nature of the business, applicants will be required to be office-based 5 days a week.
You will hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car, as you will be required to travel between the site in Norwich and also a site on the Norfolk / Cambridgeshire border.
