About the Role
A leading global law firm is seeking an ambitious Non-Contentitious Construction Lawyer to join its busy and expanding Manchester office. You will work as part of a highly regarded national team, working on a uniquely broad range of construction projects including advising on major high‑profile UK projects as well as exposure to international work. This role offers exposure to high‑value transactional projects normally associated with London or international markets, all from a dynamic and growing Northern hub.
About You
* Qualified solicitor with ideally 2–6 years’ PQE (or equivalent) from a respected construction background. (Candidates outside of this range of PQE who can also demonstrate the necessary skills and experience will also be considered).
* Strong background in non‑contentious construction, with experience drafting and advising on project documentation.
* Exposure to the energy sector—renewables, power, or broader infrastructure—would be desirable but not essential.
* Excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage client relationships confidently.
* Team‑focused, proactive, and motivated to contribute to a growing Manchester presence within a global platform.
