Location

Hayley Leeds-Bradford, Units 1 & 2, Newhall Nano Park, Bradford, BD5 8FJ


Working Hours

40 hours per week Monday to Friday. (Additional working hours may be required)


Main duties & responsibilities

* Provide high level customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer enquiries in a responsive manner.
* Coordinate with management to plan activities for higher productivity on site.
* Develop great working relationships with colleagues/customers on site.
* Provide efficient stores inventory management.
* Fulfilment and maintenance of vending solutions.
* Delivery of contract and service terms in liaison with branch team, technical specialists and account manager.
* Application of continuous improvement techniques on stock levels, profiles, logistics and housekeeping.


Knowledge & Skills requirements

* Experience of stock management and inventory systems would be beneficial.
* Able to work independently and take responsibility, as well as working in conjunction with local branch support.
* Good professional standard of communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Dependable, organised and able to manage time and responsibilities effectively.
* Customer focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
* Flexible and able to multi-task – willing to undertake additional tasks in order to meet customer requirements and to assist in other areas as may be required.


Health & Safety responsibilities

Take care of own safety and that of others. Comply with health and safety procedures and instructions. Not neglect, misuse, and damage anything provided in the interest of health and safety. Assist by reporting to Line Manager any hazard, accident, damage or defect in order that remedial action may be undertaken.
