Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Commercial Research Delivery Centre (CRDC) as a Research Team Leader/Charge Nurse. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with managerial and leadership skills who will play a key role in the implementation and delivery of the CRDC.
This role involves working with the Research Delivery Manager to ensure strategic development and operational management of commercial research activities, working collaboratively with partners across the region. The successful candidate will be NMC registered with a strong nursing background and leadership experience in managing and developing teams. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Research skills are advantageous, but a passion for research and knowledge development in this area are essential.
