A global solar client are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale ground mount solar farm in Kent. Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you'll help oversee site operations, ensure health & safety compliance, and coordinate subcontractors to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily site management and coordination of works Monitor HSE compliance and conduct site inspections Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders Support progress reporting and documentationRequirements: Previous experience on utility-scale solar projects Strong understanding of HSE regulations and site procedures SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred Excellent communication and organisational skillsStart Date: Mid-July Duration: 12 Months Please click to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
