As a member of our team, you will:
-Offer respectful personal care, as well as practical and emotional support to older adults
-Enhance clients' quality of life by promoting their independence and encouraging an active, fulfilling lifestyle
-Work in partnership with clients, their families, and other professionals to deliver a consistent and coordinated service
No prior experience is necessary for this role. What matters most is having a warm, caring, and respectful personality. We welcome applications from experienced practitioners, graduates, and individuals eager to begin a career in social care.
Flexibility is key to meeting the needs of our service, and you should be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
