Hr Advisor Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a key client of ours based in Basingstoke. This is going to be an ongoing position for the next 6 months with the possibility to turn to a permanent position. Responsibilities as a HR Advisor: - Working with management to communicate HR polices and procedure and provide advise for situations - Dealing with employee queries and supporting the Head of HR with daily activities. - Assist with recruitment from end to end - Participate in employee investigations - Provide support and take notes at grievance and disciplinary hearings - Maintain electronic personnel filling systems - Actively participate in HR meetings and projects - Assist with payroll information Requirements: - Previous experience within HR - Self sufficient - Proficient with Microsoft - Available to start within the next few weeks - Great attention to detail - CIPD qualification is desirable The HR Advisor Role: - 6-month contract - £15 - £17 per hour depending on experience - Monday - Friday - Hybrid working (3-4 days in the office) - 37.5 hours a week (flexible start times between 8 and 10am) If you are interested in this HR Advisor position, please contact Jemma at Pertemps or apply below
