What you’ll be doing: You'll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community. Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs. Personal care will be required. Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are. This is within a supported living service of 13, and they all have their own self-contained flat. Who you are: Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support. Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external. Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities. Experience in care sector is essential.
