Moida K-Beauty brings together a curated selection of K-beauty products, offering UK consumers a true one-stop K-beauty shopping experience. With two physical stores (Westfield White City & Leicester Square) and a fast-growing online presence, we’re looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to elevate our brand and lead marketing efforts across digital and physical channels.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and customer engagement
* Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, sales, and promotions
* Lead content strategy for social media, email, and paid ads
* Manage relationships with influencers and content creators
* Oversee website banners, homepage visuals, and marketing content
* Analyse performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
* Conduct market research and monitor K-beauty trends
* Support new store openings by planning and executing localised launch campaigns, press outreach, influencer activations, and in-store promotional strategies
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in beauty or retail
* Familiarity with Google Analytics and experience in managing conversion rates
* Solid understanding of digital marketing (social, paid, email)
* Familiar with content creation and campaign planning
* Strong communication and copywriting skills
* Passionate about Korean beauty and skincare
* Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Shopify, including updating products and managing banners/content
* Understanding of e-commerce UX and customer journey
* Korean language skills are a plus (but not required)
