The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Maintain a positive, calm and inclusive classroom environment
* Encourage students to remain engaged, focused and confident in their learning
* Support a school ethos that values wellbeing, creativity, independence and high expectations for every student
This role does not involve lesson planning or marking, making it ideal for graduates who want hands-on classroom experience without the pressures of full teaching responsibilities.
